Whether your rugged device is still under warranty or needs out of warranty service, please fill out the form below completely for assistance. Upon receiving your request, our technical staff will email you an RMA number with specific handling instructions. Please put the RMA number on the top of your package and insure your package if you choose. Tuffbooks4less will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping.
Please ensure that you backup any critical data and applications in the event the technician needs to either reformat, reimage, or replace the hard drive. Tuffbooks4less will not be responsible for lost or damaged data during repair.
Unless you previously purchased upgraded service options, you are responsible for shipping RMAs to Tuffbooks4less for repair.
Out of Warranty Repair items will be charged a $100.00 diagnostic fee in the event the customer declines services for quoted repairs. Customers are responsible for the payment of parts, labor, and all shipping and handling charges to and from Tuffbooks4less (Shipping cost may be covered by Tuffbooks4less if the unit is Dead on Arrival or Malfunctioning - Must report DOA or Malfunction within 30 days of purchase).
Return shipment for warranty repairs will be provided by Tuffbooks4less to addresses in the lower 48 states.
International shipment costs, freight charges and duties/tariffs to and from the United States are the responsibility of the Original Customer/Purchaser and will be invoiced accordingly whether in or out of the warranty period. All others can, at their discretion, pre-pay for quicker return shipping utilizing UPS, FedEx, DHL or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
