Repair Estimate
To place a repair request:
1. Please call 1-866-278-4433 (Ext 7210) and have your model number and repairs needed ready.
2. You will receive a call back within 1 business day with a no obligation detailed repair estimate (hourly repair rate is $75.00).
3. Once the repair estimate is authorized, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued to ship the product to Tuffbooks4Less to be repaired.
5. Upon receipt, a comprehensive diagnosis is conducted and an itemized estimate is presented to you for final approval.
6. Repairs are completed and returned to you.
